Google Play User Data & Account Deletion Policy

In compliance with Google Play Store policies and global privacy regulations (GDPR & NDPR), users of Walseat applications can request permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time.

Data that will be permanently removed:

Profile information (Full Name, Phone Number, Email, Profile Picture)
Saved delivery locations, home/work addresses, and map pins
Active device tokens (Firebase FCM keys) and session credentials
Reward points, unused wallet credits, and coupon history

Data retained for legal compliance:

Financial transaction records and invoices are retained strictly for the duration required by statutory financial, accounting, and anti-fraud laws.

Instant In-App Deletion: You can also delete your account immediately without waiting by opening the Walseat App → Navigate to Profile → Select Delete Account.
